  I have been to this restaurant several times however the last time I went not so good. I ordered the Atomic Shrimp and Scallops...and there was one sliced up scallop in the whole dish. My dining partner ordered broccoli with peanut sauce. Added on shrimp, $3, added on scallops $4. Again, no scallops, maybe one sliced up scallop. The sauce was so salty it was impossible to eat the shrimp. The food was a huge disappointment. I might try Ming one more time for the sushi however I will not ever order any other dish. Huge waste of money.

  Hands down the BEST Asian cuisine in the entire Roaring Fork Valley! Always exceptionally fresh! The crab rangoons NEVER have that fried in old oil taste and are always crisp, fresh, and fluffy. The sushi is amazing also! We like the Caterpillar roll minus yamagobo (personal choice) and it is so delicious and fresh with delicate flavors. Definitely give Ming's Cafe a try!

  Horrible service and upcharged $3 for extra sauce on my shrimp dish that came out with hardly any sauce on it. Will NOT be going back!!
