Phat Thai appears to be owned by a group that also owns Town, my favourite restaurant in Carbondale. The humour and item descriptions are consistent between the two restaurants located just across the street from each other.
The food is not authentic Thai, as they themselves profess. However, the dishes all pack a punch of Asian flavour. If anything, they can be a bit too strong and overwhelm the taste buds a bit.
